My fatigue journey started with anaemia and glandular fever and ended with a car accident, domestic abuse, a divorce, autoimmunity, relocating and starting over. Despite a laundry list of physical, mental and emotional challenges, I was able to keep following my heart to live my dream lifestyle in my “happy place” on the South Coast in Dorset. I join Anna Marsh on the show to share my story, lessons learned and how pilates has been part of my healing journey.

My back has ups and downs

I've been working with Regina on a 121 basis. She has gone from quite severe back pain to pain-free most of the time.

Even when she travels, Pilates helps!

“My back has ups and downs. I came here by bus and the journey was over 24 hours door to door. I had been sitting for long hours so my back suffered a little bit. But I am doing the Pilates so it releases the pain. There is a problem with the mattresses as well. They are different everywhere I go... so sometimes I can't even stand up properly but again I do my Pilates and the stretches and everything is better.” - Regina

I just wanted to say a big thank you Bev for inviting me to take part in your free Zoom Pilates Taster Session.

It was a very helpful introduction indeed and very helpful to experience Pilates for the first time without having to make any prior financial commitment. However, I most likely will be doing so in the near future.

I really appreciated your very kind and supportive approach to everything. Working on line from home is a really useful and convenient way of working. All you need is a stabler internet connection.

Throughout the session everything was perfect and I do not have high speed internet. The sound was clear and the picture quality excellent with no freezing or glitchin.

Bev's communication was absolutely perfect. Clear, concise, attentive and patient.

I have mobility and walking problems caused by Arthritis of the spine. I can not walk very far without a walking stick and being in pain.

Throughout the group session Bev was very attentive as to the abilities of each participant.

Bev’s manner is very friendly, careful, and accommodating along with her many years of professional experience teaching Pilates.

Bev made numerous adjustments and recommendations for each person individually according to their needs and I felt both supported and very safe throughout the session.

If Bev could see I was pushing myself too hard and finding the exercise routine difficult, Bev would call my attention to it and find an alternative more suited to my ability.

Bev did all of this with totally professional aplomb which did not impact the flow of the other participants in the session.

I have no hesitation at all recommending Bev’s services to anyone thinking of improving their health, wellness, and movement, regardless of whether they are young or like myself a senior citizen with mobility issues such I have.

Five Stars for quality. service and value. I am very happy to reccomend. I can not imagine anyone getting anything but the best working with Bev!
